Opening a Share Certificate Account

Please print the application form, and fill it out completely, signing at the bottom. Fax the completed form to (310) 473-7602. We suggest you contact a Member Services Representative at (310) 477-6628 extension 1 before you fax your application to arrange for a representative to handle your transaction. If you are faxing your application, your opening deposit will be transferred from your existing UCU account.

Your Certificate Account will receive the prevailing dividend rate and annual percentage yield for the term chosen, upon receipt and completion of the opening of this account. For rate information, click here. When your account is opened, you will be mailed a copy of the application and the Share Certificate Disclosure.
