If you are employed by one of the following, you may use Payroll Deduction to automatically transfer money from your paycheck to a UCU savings or loan account:

• West Los Angeles VA Medical Center
• Otis College of Art and Design

If you are not employed by one of the sponsoring employer groups in UCU's Field of Membership, you can transfer money into your account from your UCU checking account or a checking account from another bank. Find out more about UCU's Automatic Transfer services.

To set up or make a change to Payroll Deduction or a transfer service (i.e., Peridoic Transfer of Funds [PTOF]) on your account, please print the proper form. Fill it out completely, sign and fax it to (310) 473-7602 or mail it to the credit union at:

This form requires the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed, simply follow the button below to get it.
