Full-Time Positions:
Member Services Representative -- UCLA Ackerman Branch
University credit union is seeking a qualified individual for a Full-Time Member Services Representative that will assist the credit union in the delivery of our Service Mission "To Provide Sound Financial Solutions" to our members.
Essential Duties:
- Provide a high level of personal service to our Members
- Develops relationships with Members by matching individual needs with the appropriate savings and lending products and services;
- Meet minimum goals as defined by the organization and department
- Processes new Memberships and additional share accounts; wires, ATM/Debit Card requests pin changes.
- Processes certificates and basic account administration transactions, including renewals of maturing certificates; trusts and basic IRA transactions
- Accepts and inputs consumer loan applications and funds loans
- Performs any or all of the duties of a teller including deposits, withdrawals and loan transactions

- Must have 1 yr. current experience in credit union or banking
- Typing, 10-key skills and cash handling experience required
- Excellent mathematical, verbal, written and public relation skills
- Notary Public Commission (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous sales experience is a plus!
This position is at our campus branch located in the UCLA Student Union Building.
Shift hours 8:45-5:15 must be flexible, occasional Saturdays required.
Collections Representative -- Real Estate
Must have minimum 3 years current real estate collections experience. This position will be responsible for the collection and/or resolution of real estate Loans including delinquent property taxes. Credit union or banking collection experience preferred. Must be computer literate and have excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills and be a team player. Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills and member service focus (possible overtime and Saturday hours) Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Member Services Representative
Provides counsel on the various credit union services and investment vehicles available to members. Assists members in opening new accounts and with problem solving. Must have 2+ years current experience in customer service, credit union, banking or financial institution experience (credit union experience preferred). Familiarity with IRA and Living Trust accounts is a plus. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, excellent public relations skills, strong problem solving skills, and a high degree of professionalism. Days: Mon.-Fri. Hours 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m., (Some Saturday Hours required) Sat. 8:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Telephone Services Representative
Must have minimum 1 year bank or credit union experience. Call center experience is preferred. Requires good customer service skills and the ability to multi-task with incoming calls performing research, and computer entries. Must be computer proficient with knowledge of MS Windows, WORD, Excel and the internet required. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) is a plus. Days: Mon.-Fri. Hours 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m., (Some Saturday Hours required) Sat. 8:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
