ATM PIN Information
To change your ATM Personal Identification Number (PIN), you will need to come into the UCU Main Office with your ATM or VISA Check Card and valid identification (driver's license, ID card, employee ID or passport). It takes just a few minutes to change the PIN and you can select any PIN you like! No appointment is necessary.
The ATM or VISA Check Card PIN is only programmed for use with the ATM service. The PIN used for Home Branch, Fone-Teller, and TouchTeller is called the eBanking PIN and is originally set as a different PIN. Any of the PINs can be changed.
