Accessing your University Credit Union account has never been more convenient! UCU has partnered with other credit unions across the country through the CO-OP Shared Branch Network to provide members with better and more convenient access to their accounts and money. This means you can complete many transactions at a shared branching location just as if you were visiting UCU.
As a member of UCU, you can now conduct transactions and obtain services at more than 6,800 Shared Branching locations nationwide.

Your membership and accounts remain at UCU, but you can access them through the Shared Branch location most convenient for you. Shared Branching FAQ.
Through the Shared Branch Network* members can:
UCU members get two free transactions per month.
Each qualifying credit union account can have two free withdrawals, two free transfers and two free deposits each calendar month at Shared Branching locations. After the monthly limit is reached for a particular transaction type, that transaction type will have a Shared Branching convenience fee of $2.00 per transaction. Your UCU Member Number (no suffixes)
When you visit a CO-OP Shared Branch location, you must go to a teller and provide the following information:

A current, VALID Government-issued Identification card
Find a location nearest you
Find a Shared Branching location near your home, work or favorite vacation spot using the shared branch locator. Just look for the CO-OP Shared Branch logo when you visit a branch.

Members will now have access to a Call Center Outlet with live agents who can handle basic phone transactions. This option will be available by calling the UCU general phone number after normal business hours. Transactions available through the Call Center Outlet include:
Please note: The Call Center cannot process stop payments or reporting a lost or stolen ATM/VISA Check Card. You must contact UCU directly during normal business hours, or visit the contact us page to call and report lost or stolen Visa Check cards.
