Telephone Services Representative I
UCU has an immediate opening for a Telephone Service Representative I. The successful candidate will provide members with loan and account information, products, and services from our phone center as well as conduct member transactions and resolve member problems in relation to accounts and loans. Must be comfortable with a high volume of data entry. A minimum of 2 years financial institution experience is a plus, preferably with a credit union. AA degree or higher preferred. Must have excellent verbal and telephone communication skills, strong problem solving skills, and is an independent, organized and detail-oriented worker. Must be able to work in a fast-pace, multi-task environment. Work days: M-F 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
UCU has an immediate opening for a full-time Teller. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions for members at the teller window, including withdrawals, deposits and loan payments. Must have 1+ years current experience as a teller. Bank or credit union experience, computer literate, typing ability and 10 key experience required. Must have strong mathematical, organizational and verbal communication skills. Must be available for Saturday hours. Weekday schedule: M-F, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Real Estate Loan Processor
UCU has an immediate opening for a qualified full-time Real Estate Loan Processor. The successful candidate will use interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to perform various tasks related to originating, closing and servicing residential mortgage loans. The incumbent will assist members with their inquiries, the loan application process, conduct loan interviews, obtain all supporting documentation, verify employment, verify assets and all liabilities, order credit reports, prepare qualifying worksheet, make recommendations and handle other real estate related duties as assigned. A broad knowledge of real estate products and all governing regulatory laws and guidelines is required. Three to four years of recent experience in processing real estate loan applications within a financial institution required, credit union experience is a plus. High school degree required. Interested candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work days: M-F, 8:45 a.m.-5:45 p.m. (Some Saturdays required).
