Members Get Rebates
Whether you’re on the buying side or the selling side, you can get a 25% rebate of your agent’s commissions
How does the service work?
Home Benefits Plus connects you to a network of nation-wide Realtors® from well-known realty agencies committed to serving the members of credit unions. Their agents will help you sell a property you own and they can help you buy your next property (you might get two different agents, for two different areas, doing two different jobs — get a rebate for both transactions!)
When you contact Home Benefits Plus, you will be connected with agents who are familiar with the area in which you will be focusing. After completing your transaction with your selected agent, you will receive a 25% rebate of the commission earned by your agent. With Home Benefits Plus you get a knowledgeable, professional Realtor® and a rebate of your agent’s commissions whether you buy or sell a home (or both!).

Disclaimer:* Rebates are subject to state law. The following states currently prohibit rebates: AL, AK, IA, KS, LA, MS, OK, OR, TN. Contact Home Benefits Plus for complete details.
** To take advantage of the program, you must contact HomeBenefitsPlus before contacting an agent directly. No rebate is available if you work with an agent directly. The amount and manner of the rebate (whether credit in escrow or check after closing) is determined by the mortgage lender, and is subject to state and federal law and lender approval. If the rebate is paid by check, it will be paid within four weeks of closing.
Home Benefits Plus is a service provided as a benefit for members and is not affiliated with University Credit Union.
