Feel right at home when you visit our more than 5,600 Shared Branches in all 50 states.
You never know where life will take you. So why limit yourself to just one branch or one location? Access UCU banking wherever you find yourself.
Through the CO-OP Shared Branch Network, we've partnered with other credit unions to offer service and support to our members, giving you more direct access to your money than most traditional bank customers have.
How do Shared Branches work?
Your membership and accounts remain at UCU, but you can access them anywhere, by visiting the affiliated Shared Branch location that's near your home, office or favorite vacation spot.
Through the Shared Branch Network, you can:
- Make deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Transfer money
- Receive loan advances
- Purchase money orders and traveler’s checks (if available!)
- Request balance inquiries and more!
What's required to conduct transactions at a Shared Branch?
Whenever you visit a CO-OP Shared Branch location, you must disclose the following information:
- Credit Union Name: University Credit Union (CA)
- Your UCU Member Number (no suffixes)
- A current, VALID Government-issued Identification card
After-Hours Call Center
We'll never force you to speak to a robot. Our members have access to a Call Center Outlet with live agents to assist you with simple transactions. This option will be available when you call the general UCU phone number anytime after normal business hours.
Here's what you can do:
- Balance inquiries
- Loan payments
- List of last 10 transactions
Unfortunately, the Call Center cannot process stop payments or report a lost or stolen ATM/VISA debit Card. Contact UCU directly during our regular business hours, or visit the Contact Us page to report lost or stolen Visa debit cards. More questions? Contact a Financial Services Specialist at 310.477.6628.
