At our Advisory Center at UCLA’s Ackerman Union, for example, a collection of images brings our story to life, offering a meaningful look at the moments that shaped your credit union and the journey we have shared together. Over the past year, we have continued to grow alongside you. Membership increased by more than 7 percent, and more members than ever are choosing University Credit Union as their primary financial partner.
Recently, we were awarded the Growth Guru from GreenPath as well as a Diamond Award from America’s Credit Unions, both for excellence in financial education. I had the privilege of joining this organization as President and CEO in January. Since coming onboard, what stands out most to me is the care behind everything we do. And we continue to focus on delivering a financial advantage that supports your life wherever it takes you.
Even though much has changed since our humble beginnings at UCLA in 1951, at our core, one thing has not changed. People helping people.
