How to use mobile check deposit
- Write ‘Mobile deposit at UCU' on the back of the check
- Log into your account on UCU's mobile app
- Click on 'Deposit' from the bottom menu
- Snap a photo of both the front and back of your check with the camera on your phone. If you have more than one check to deposit, select 'Add Item' and snap photos of the next check
- Click the 'Submit' button
More information:
Hold on to the original check for at least 7 days to ensure the funds post to your account.
If there is an error, and your check does not post, you will need to redeposit it. UCU cannot deposit the funds to your account without the check.
If your deposit is rejected, you may be contacted by UCU. If your check does not post to your account and you have not been contacted by UCU, please contact us at 800.UCU.4510
