Directly within the digital banking platform, you can purchase a gift card in any amount and use it to make your everyday purchases. You'll receive cash back, up to 20% of the gift card's value!
For example, if you choose a $100 gift card that has a 10% cash back value, upon purchase you'll instantly receive $10 in your UCU CashBack+ wallet. Use these funds for other gift card purchases or transfer them into your UCU checking or savings account. There is no limit to how much cash back you can receive.

Typically, gift cards cannot be exchanged or canceled once processed and delivered. However, requests for cancellation or exchange are handled on a case-by-case basis by UCU CashBack+ partner, Prizeout. Contact DigitalServices@ucu.org for confirmation on specific cards.
- How do I receive my cash back? Click On How do I receive my cash back? When you buy a digital gift card, you earn up to 20% cash back, added to your UCU CashBack+ wallet. Accessible via the menu in digital banking’s UCU CashBack+ marketplace, these funds can be used for future gift card purchases or transferred back to your checking/savings account, which may take up to 24 hours. No fees are associated with using your cash back balance.
- How will I receive my purchased gift cards? Click On How will I receive my purchased gift cards? Purchased digital gift cards will be available in your UCU CashBack+ wallet shortly after purchase. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email associated with your UCU account. Each digital gift card includes a redeemable code for online use or scanning at store checkout. Cards remain in your UCU CashBack+ wallet until you choose to use or archive them. Check spam or junk folders if you don’t see the email; contact DigitalServices@ucu.org if it's still missing.

Select the specific card and click “Unarchive” to move it back into the main section of your wallet for easy access.
