To get started adding a sub-user to your account, log into digital banking and navigate to ‘Manage Users’, and then click ‘Add a New User.’ You'll then be able to add a sub-user and customize permissions to keep your account secure.

You have full control over your UCU accounts and will be able to specify what permissions any sub-user has. You can grant them view-only permissions or the ability to perform certain types of transactions, such as transfers. If you’re unsure what permissions to grant, contact us.
