UCU's stop payment process
- Stop payments in digital banking about Stop payments in digital banking From the UCU mobile app, click 'Menu' at the bottom of the screen, then 'More,' and 'Stop Payment.' In online banking, click the three dots from the top menu, then select 'Stop Payment.' Fill out the in-app form and submit your request. You'll know your stop payment has been implemented when you see the appropriate fee charged to your account.

If you asked for a stop payment on a check, fill out and submit our form to reverse the stop payment. UCU will then pay the check if it’s resubmitted.
