Summer is here, and it’s time to celebrate YOU!
The Summer of Staff is here
University Credit Union (UCU) is proud to recognize the dedication and hard work of the incredible university staff members. Your commitment keeps our campuses thriving, and we want to show our appreciation in a special way. Throughout the Summer of Staff, you’ll have the chance to win exciting prizes each week kicking off June 15—and on August 1, one lucky winner will take home a grand prize*! This season is all about celebrating your contributions, so get ready for fun surprises and well-deserved recognition.
How it works
Each Monday during the giveaway period, UCU will reveal that week’s prize on our Instagram—so be sure to follow @universitycreditunion! The following Monday, winners from each campus will be selected, and during the week, our team will personally deliver their prizes. It’s our way of celebrating the hardworking university staff who make a difference every day. Stay tuned, cross your fingers, and get ready for some summer surprises!

*University Credit Union’s Summer of Staff Raffle is open to current staff at partner campuses, offering weekly prizes and a grand prize drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter, and making a purchase will not improve chances of winning. The raffle runs from June 15, 2025, at 12:00 am PT to August 1, 2025, at 11:59 pm PT, with entries earned through various activities, including opening a Smart Checking or University Checking account, setting up direct deposit, applying for a new loan, referring a new member, booking a financial consultation, or signing up for a webinar. Entries are equally weighted, and winners will be selected randomly.
Each Monday, weekly winners from UCLA, LMU, Pepperdine, Santa Clara University, Saint Mary’s College, UC Davis, UC San Diego, Abilene Christian University, and UT Arlington will be chosen, with prizes valued up to $50. The grand prize winner, selected on August 4, 2025, will receive a gift card of their choice and exclusive UCU swag worth up to $500. Winners will be contacted via email or phone and must claim their prize within 10 days. Prize delivery arrangements will be made for remote staff if needed.
